The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 was introduced by the Government to regulate the processing of personal data in commercial transactions. The Act, which applies to all companies and firms that are established in Malaysia, requires us to inform you of your rights in respect of your personal data that is being processed or that is to be collected and further processed by us and the purposes for the data processing. Aiqon Capital Group (844340-U) (“ACG”), together with its subsidiaries (collectively, “Aiqon Capital Group”, and any reference to “Aiqon”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Notice shall include any member of the Aiqon Capital Group) is committed to the protection of your personal data. This Privacy Notice explains how the Aiqon Capital Group collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the Act.
The personal data and other information (collectively, “Personal Data”) which you provide or have provided for the use of the AiPay Payment Gateway, including any additional information you may subsequently provide, may be used and processed by us for the following purposes:-
• to assess and process your request for our services;
• to establish your identity and background;
• assessing your application to register for the use of the AiPay Payment Gateway portal;
• to process your payment transactions;
• to respond to your inquiries;
• market surveys and trend analysis;
• to provide you with information on services of Aiqon Capital Group ;
• such other purposes as set out in the Aiqon’s Terms of Use; and/or
• if relevant, such other purposes as set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

Further, please be informed that if required for any of the foregoing Purposes, your Personal Data may be transferred to locations outside Malaysia or disclosed to any member of the Aiqon Capital Group, who may be located within or outside Malaysia. Save for the foregoing, your Personal Data will not be knowingly transferred to any place outside Malaysia or be knowingly disclosed to any third party.
The Aiqon Capital Group maintains your Personal Data in our business records while you remain a customer or user of our services. We also maintain your Personal Data for a period of time after you are no longer a customer or user of any of our services if the Personal Data is necessary for the Purposes for which the Personal Data was collected or to fulfil legal requirements.
In order to process your Personal Data, your consent is required. In most instances, it is necessary for us to process your Personal Data in order to provide the service that you had requested for. However, you may limit the processing of your Personal Data in the manner described in the paragraph below.
In relation to direct marketing, you may request by written notice (in accordance with the following paragraph) that we do not process your Personal Data for any of the following purposes:
(i) advertising or marketing via phone any product or service of the relevant member of the Aiqon Capital Group,

You may at any time hereafter make inquiries, complaints and, upon payment of a prescribed fee, request in writing for access to, or correction of, your Personal Data or limit the processing of your Personal Data (as described above) by submitting such request to the Personal Data Protection Officer via registered post or email (which must be sent from the email address registered with AiPay Payment Gateway) as set out below:

STATEMENT The following statement explains our Privacy Policy (“Policy”) with respect to information including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected by us when you access and/or use our Services. As you use our Services, we want you to be clear how we are using such Personal Data and the ways in which you can protect your privacy. By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Policy. The internet is not a secure medium, and communications over the internet may be subject to third-party interception. Aiqon Group cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of personal information, save in accordance with the Terms of Use.
We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification, unlawful destruction or accidental loss. All our employees and data processors, who have access to and are associated with the processing of Personal Data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your information.
